In German. 345 numbered pp + 1; HB. Book 2 only. Published posthumously. Pages: clean, ivory, tight, green edgestain, green eps; a.e. mildly tanned, PO decorative bookplate upside down to rear ep. Cover: brown textured and marbles paper over boards, tan backstrip and crnrs, gilt titles to olive spine block. Minimal shelfwear. Now mainly remembered for the terms nomothetic and idiographic, which have meaning in current psychology and other areas, Windelband was a neo-Kantian who protested other neo-Kantians of his time. He proposed that philosophy should dialogue with the contemporary sciences.
